1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PGHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access PGHub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PGHub
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

PGHub provides a comprehensive property management platform for PG accommodations, hostels, and dormitories. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Property and room management
• Tenant onboarding and management
• Fee collection and invoice generation
• Analytics and reporting
• Communication tools

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing at any time with prior notice to users.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PGHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
