Eligibility

- Request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Not have violated our Terms of Service
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
- Custom development or integration work
- Third-party service fees
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Explain the reason for your refund request

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
